We are a US registered LLC based in Casper, Wyoming, shipping all orders from Jamaica. Our services are currently available to customers in the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

By using this website and placing an order you confirm that:

However we do not warrant that this information is always complete, current, or error free. Product packaging and labelling upon receipt should always be read carefully, particularly regarding allergens and ingredients.

5. Orders & Payment
By placing an order on The Yaad Market you are making an offer to purchase the selected products. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
Once your order is confirmed you will receive an email confirmation. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. By completing a purchase you confirm that you are the authorised holder of the payment method used.
In the event of a pricing error on our website we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
6. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped from Jamaica. Shipping rates, delivery estimates, and carrier information are detailed in our Shipping Policy which forms part of these Terms.
Please note:
- International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and inspection fees which are the sole responsibility of the customer
- The Yaad Market is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, carrier issues, or circumstances beyond our control
- Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, The Yaad Market is not liable for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages
- We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout
7. Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of our products all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on food or beverage items. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item please refer to our Returns & Refunds Policy for full details on how to contact us and what resolutions are available. All claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
8. Age Restricted Products
(This clause will be activated upon the introduction of alcohol products to our store.)
Certain products available on The Yaad Market including alcoholic beverages may be subject to age restrictions. By purchasing age restricted products you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your country of residence. We reserve the right to cancel any order for age restricted products where we are unable to verify the customer's age. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the importation of alcohol into their country is permitted and compliant with local laws.
