Thank you for shopping with The Yaad Market — we appreciate every order and we're proud to bring a taste of Jamaica straight to your door. Please read our shipping policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.


1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or Jamaican public holidays. During peak periods or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer — if this happens we will notify you by email as soon as possible.

Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time. Your total delivery estimate is processing time plus transit time.

3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Below are our current rates and estimated delivery windows after dispatch:

4. Free Shipping

We love rewarding our customers! Enjoy free shipping when your order reaches the following thresholds:

Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout when your order meets the threshold.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

All international orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and inspection fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are entirely the responsibility of the customer. The Yaad Market has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

Please be aware that customs processing can also add additional time to your delivery beyond our estimated windows. This is especially common for shipments to the UK and Canada. We always declare the accurate contents and value of every package.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update in the carrier's system after you receive your notification.

7. Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number provided, The Yaad Market is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly in the first instance. If you need further assistance after contacting the carrier, reach out to us at contact@theyaadmarket.com and we will do our best to help.


8. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double check your shipping address carefully at checkout. The Yaad Market is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at the time of ordering. If you notice an error in your address after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact@theyaadmarket.com and we will do our best to correct it before dispatch.


9. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
