Returns & Refunds

At The Yaad Market, we take great pride in delivering authentic Jamaican products safely and carefully to your door. Because we sell food, beverages, and perishable goods, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. All sales are final.

We know that's a firm policy; but it's standard across the food industry and exists to protect both you and us.

Something Wrong With Your Order? We've Got You.

We know how frustrating it is to wait for a taste of home and something goes wrong. If any of the following apply to your order, we want to make it right:

  • Your item arrived damaged or broken
  • You received the wrong product
  • Your order arrived in an unsatisfactory condition

Simply contact us at contact@theyaadmarket.com within 7 days of delivery with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the issue
  • Photos of the item and packaging

Once we review your claim we will offer one of the following resolutions depending on the situation:

  • A replacement of the affected item
  • A store credit to use on your next order
  • A full or partial refund to your original payment method

We handle every claim on a case by case basis and we genuinely want every Yaad Market customer to be happy. One Love always comes first. 🇯🇲

Non-Returnable Items

Because of the nature of our products, the following are non-returnable and non-refundable under all circumstances:

  • All food and beverage products
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Items that have been opened, used, or consumed
  • Orders where the delivery address provided was incorrect

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are outside of our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been dispatched and a tracking number provided, The Yaad Market is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your order, please contact the carrier directly and reach out to us and we will do our best to assist.
