SHIPPING

Where do you ship to? We currently ship to the United States. UK and Canada shipping is coming soon. Stay tuned for updates at contact@theyaadmarket.com.

How long does delivery take? USA customers can expect delivery in 5 to 8 business days via express shipping. Please note that public holidays and customs processing can add additional days.

How much does shipping cost? Shipping is calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order. Rates start from $15.99 USD for orders under 2lbs.

Do you offer free shipping? Yes — USA customers enjoy free express shipping on orders over $150 USD.

Will I have to pay customs duty? US customers are generally not subject to customs duty on food shipments under $800 USD in value.


PRODUCTS

Are your products authentic? Every single product in our store is 100% authentic and sourced directly from Jamaica. No substitutes, no approximations — the real thing every time.

Where are your products sourced from? All products are sourced locally from Jamaican suppliers and shipped directly from the island to your door.

How should I store my products when they arrive? Most of our products are shelf-stable and can be stored in a cool, dry place. Any products requiring refrigeration will be clearly noted in the product description.


ORDERS

How do I track my order? All orders include full tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

What happens if my order arrives damaged? Please contact us at contact@theyaadmarket.com within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage, and we will do our best to make it right.

Can I request specific products? If there is something you are looking for that you cannot find in our store, please email us at contact@theyaadmarket.com and we will do our best to help.

RETURNS

What is your returns policy? Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact us, and we will work to resolve it.

What if I receive the wrong item? Please contact us at contact@theyaadmarket.com within 48 hours with your order number and a photo, and we will send the correct item or issue a refund where applicable.
